The world of Leonardo da Vinci

The World of Leonardo da Vinci near Piazza della Scala. In this museum you will find scale models of the many inventions Leonardo made during his life. You can also put together some of these designs yourself using :3D constructions. Very nice way to spend time with your family!        


Recently visited a new surprising “hotspot”. The Armani museum located in a former silo, south of the Naviglie (canals). On the ground floor you will find beautiful photos of well-known Armani photographers and on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor, you will see Armani`s own collection over the years. Highly recommended!!!

Very cosy restaurant with terrace outside, situated next too the famous “Bosco Verticale” on walking distance from subway station “Garibaldi” You can eat biological food here from which most of the ingredients come from the garden nextdoor. You have to book in advance, also for the lunch!    

Casa museo Boschi di Stefano

Casa-Museo Boschi di Stefano is an appartment from the 30s with a beautiful collection of ceramics and modern paintings. The art collectors Boschi and Stefano gave it as a gift to the city Milan after their death. Free to visit!

Pirelli Hangar Bicocca

Various modern art, situated in an enormous old factory. In the 20s it was a parking for locomotives. Also free and a nice coffeebar!  

Rugantino Milano

What a nice cozy place to diner. You have to book in advance, and not before eight o`clock because you probably will be the onely one!

Palazzo Morando

A jewel of a palace from the 18th century, period of the Austrian domination. Situated in one of the most expensive shoppingstreets of Milan Beautifully donated paintings make this palace complete!
