This Renaissance castle from the 14thcentury was built by the Visconti family. The family Sforza which took over power from the Viscontis, decorated this castle with the help of famous artists of that time; Leonardo da Vinci, Bramante e Michelangelo.
Nowadays it is a huge museum with wonderful art. Like the”Salle del Asse”, decorated by Leonardo. Further on you will also find an Egypt as well as an prehistoric part, paintings, carpets, furniture, old musical instruments, etc..
