San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore

The San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore church with an adjacant cloister that now houses the archeological museum, is a super surprising pearl among the other churches in Milan!

To me, this 16th century church has the most beautiful interior decoration of all. Once built for the wealthy closed order of the Benedicter nuns, this church is now freely accessibile to everyone. You will see the most beautiful murals wherever you look!!

Open from Wednesday to Sunday from 10.00 till 17.30. Corsa Magenta 15 (Subway redline 2- Exit, Carioli Castello)
